1220 Yonge

1220 Yonge is a new residential mixed-use condo development currently in pre-construction. The proposed 35-storey tower will have 273 residential units ranging from one to three bedroom suites and will feature numerous terraces, expansive clear glazing, indoor and outdoor amenity spaces, and retail at ground level.
