The 150 King West renovation transforms the building's public spaces through thoughtful design elements that create flow and warmth. The lobby features curved leather seating, a bronze-wrapped reception desk, and undulating teak ceiling treatments that contrast elegantly with existing travertine walls and abundant natural light. A new steel and glass entrance canopy with V-shaped columns leads to the lobby, while multifunctional stone planters serve as both seating and landscaping elements. The project scope included upgrades to the lobby, underground concourse, and public realm.
