Adelaar Village

BBB provided the conceptual design team for the new Lybid Plaza Development, located in downtown Kiev. The project encompasses the redevelopment of four city blocks to accommodate a mixed-use development of over 8.07 million square feet of new construction. The centre of the project is a retail entertainment complex that includes a hypermarket, fashion retail, multiplex cinemas, cosmic bowling, a skating rink and numerous sports- and entertainment-related uses.
