This project was built in three phases. The third phase, forming part of a 3,000,000 square foot integrated business complex, includes underground parking for 2,000 cars, the Fitness Institute health club, exterior recreation areas and linked high-rise and low-rise office buildings. Our firm also designed the new head offices and studios of The Sports Network (TSN), which are integrated into the Atria North complex. The buildings have been cited and awarded for excellence of air quality and energy management of their mechanical systems.
