Built-in 1967, this historic arena once housed the Los Angeles Lakers and Kings. In 2014, it underwent a remarkable transformation into a premium performance venue for major music acts, with BBB Architects at the helm of this ambitious renovation project. This scope included: installing new theatre-style seating for 18,000 spectators; extensively reconfiguring the lobby and concessions areas; completely remodeling and expanding front and back of house; restoring the façade; enhancing the exterior entry terrace; creating new food and beverage areas; developing pocket parks around the site; and updating the venue's infrastructure and tech/AV.
