LCBO Lands

BBB Architects was retained as the primary architectural consultant to collaborate with a development consortium on this 10-acre master plan for the LCBO in downtown Toronto. The consortium was comprised of a group of high-profile residential and commercial developers. The proposal creates a unique vision for an urban oasis in the centre of a very dense development area near the waterfront by creating over three acres of publicly accessible parkland above the retail uses at grade. Landscaped ramps provide access to the park areas and connect across the rail tracks to the north. BBB’s design and financial package were selected to be included in the final shortlisted group of three proponents.
