LeBreton Flats

LeBreton Flats consist of 20 acres of park land located minutes away from downtown Ottawa. Our submission to the National Capital Commission consisted of a variety of residential, commercial, and open spaces, along with a new NHL arena. The community comprises of right-sized neighbourhoods linked together and easily accessible via open pathways. The design is meant to reduce the reliance on automobiles in exchange for easily accessible public transit, walkways, and bike paths.
