Porto Montenegro

Porto Montenegro is a yacht centre on the Adriatic Sea. Its concept was focused on creating a new home port for mega-yachts, as well a residential destination that is conveniently central to the Mediterranean Sea. The Terraces of Tivat, an addition to the development, are located on the spectacular brow overlooking the town of Tivat and the Bay of Kotor. Designed to take advantage of naturally sloping terrain, small clusters of townhomes create intimate communities within the overall resort-style development. Each cluster of homes is positioned to provide other homes with an uninterrupted view.
